Contágua is an exclusive Europa product, developed by Brasfilter to be coupled to the water purifiers.

Main Function: Tell the user when to change the chambers of his Europa purifier. The indications are based on an average life span of the chambers of 6,000 litres, which can vary due to the quality of the water coming in. The operation is mechanical, by which the water flow moves a set of gears that actuates a graduated disc, indicating the volume of water already expended.

A dial with rotating movement indicates the passage of water and confirms the operation of the Contágua. Rounded design, in white or silver, in harmony with Europa’s products. Built of high resistant and durable materials.

Easy Installation: Contágua is easily placed between the water outlet and the purifier. Installation is extremely practical, with attachment to the wall by double face adhesive tape, it must be positioned a visible and accessible location. In the products of the Smart series, Contágua already comes incorporated from the manufacturer.

See how it works: Contágua has a lens, which allows seeing the volume of water expended by means of a graduated disc. The scale goes from 0 to 6,000 litres with indications every 500 litres and subdivisions every 100 litres. At 5.500 litres, a yellow field will appear on the display indicating that the need to substitute the chambers of Europa’s purifier is near. For use in apparatus where the life span of the chambers is less than 6,000 litres, adjust the disc to begin at the quantity that is left to reach 6,000 litres.

Example: Europa By Hebe, 3,000 litre chamber life span, adjust the disc to begin the count as from the 3,000 litre mark. In the same way for an apparatus already in use, estimate how much remains to reach 6,000 litres and adjust the disc. At 6.000 litres, the mechanism will lock, without interrupting the flow of water and a red field, with the inscription - overdue – will appear on the display indicating the end of the chambers’ life span.
